Soha Shahine, PHR, SHRM-CP
Eldin Learning was founded by Soha Shahine, an HR leader with over 20 years of proven experience across manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and federal contracting industries, including global and overseas assignments. Soha holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Organizational Learning and Leadership from George Washington University, a second Master's degree in Human Resources Development, and is a certified PHR and SHRM-CP professional.
Over the course of her career, Soha has led high-stakes employee and labor relations efforts, resolved complex workplace conflicts, and designed training, development, and leadership coaching programs that have delivered real results for organizations of all sizes. That deep, real-world expertise is built into every course, guide, and resource she creates.
The idea for Eldin Learning was born from Soha's own experience preparing for her PHR and SHRM certification exams. Like so many candidates, she found the sheer volume of information overwhelming — countless concepts, endless study materials, and the pressure to pass the first time.
